A classic reserve release Riesling is a superb example of bottle ageing. Displaying a deep straw colour, marmalade and butterscotch characters linger. A fragrance of stewed quinces permeates the nose.
Serve With
An eggplant & goat cheese bake with a freshly prepared Parmesan and rocket salad. Goes well with a baguette to accompany.
